Resorts Centre is an online marketplace that connects accommodation owners with guests looking for short-term holiday rentals in South Africa.

We provide the booking platform only. We do not own, manage, or operate the listed properties.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Provide accurate information.
Keep your account details secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Our Services

Through Resorts Centre you can:

Browse holiday accommodation.
Book available properties.
List your own property for rental.
Communicate with property owners.

Standard bookings are limited to 7 nights unless otherwise agreed.

4. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
A booking is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
A tax invoice will be emailed after payment.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Guests may cancel within 5 working days of booking to receive a full refund.

After this period, refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.

Owners may cancel their listing by providing at least 7 days' notice.

6. Property Listings

Owners are responsible for ensuring that:

Property information is accurate.
Photos are genuine.
Prices are correct.
They have permission to rent the property.

Resorts Centre may remove listings that contain misleading or false information.

7. User Responsibilities

When using our platform you agree not to:

Break any laws.
Upload false information.
Abuse or harass other users.
Upload viruses or harmful software.
Copy website content without permission.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
